Pop off the cap and take out the ball. Fill the base with soft treats like yoghurt, wet food or bone broth (it helps to water them down so the ball can roll smoothly)
Drop the ball back in, click the cap on and set it down. The ball rolls and brings up a little treat with every lick, so a 2-minute treat lasts 15 to 20 minutes. No training needed.
